KONFUDHA POLICIES
Reservation Process
– To make a reservation, guests can contact us directly via phone, email, or through OTA.
– Reservations are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
Confirmation
– A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or message from Konfudha Resort.
– Guests required to provide a valid ID and 30% advance amount to confirm their reservation
Cancellation and Modification
– Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made within the specified timeframe (before 3 days) mentioned in the booking confirmation to avoid penalty charges.
– Late cancellations (Cancellations within 72 hours ) or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to a certain percentage 30% of the total booking amount.
Deposit Policy
– A deposit may be required to secure certain types of bookings, especially during peak seasons or for special packages.
– The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
– Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur additional charges.
Occupancy Policy
– Room rates are based on single, double or triple occupancy, as specified in the booking details.
– Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee, subject to room capacity, extra bed and availability.
Pets and Smoking Policy
– Konfudha Resort has a strict no-smoking policy in all common areas.
– Pets may not be allowed, or specific pet-friendly accommodations may be available upon request (if applicable).
Damages and Incidentals
– Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
– Incidentals incurred during the stay (such as room service, minibar, etc.) will be settled upon check-out
Force Majeure
– In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), Konfudha Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary.
Swimming pool Access
– Swimming pool is 25*12 meter size common swimming pool. It is not a private pool for a single guest use. If private usage of swimming pool required get prior permission from management and will allot private timing for the usage.
– Every guest should maintain good ethics with other guests and should respect their privacy and freedom
– Without proper swimming dress (Nylon or polyester ) swimming pool usage is not allowed in any manner. Wear goggles if required.
– Swimming pool usage is limited from 9 am to 10 pm.
Sound policy
– No lound music or loud talking allowed after 10 pm. Every guest should strictly follow it to maintain harmony in our resort.

Service policy
– Our room boys available till midnight 12. Please make sure all the guest requirements meet by that time. After that time any emergency please contact with reception.
Maintain cleanliness
 – While staying with us please don’t eat anything from bed space. Use designated areas to consume food.
– Use dustbins to deposit waste. Don’t litter.
